If you transmit a Corporate Extension by March 15th and it is rejected, you have 5 days which is until March 20th to correct it and get it Accepted and it will still be considered as having been filed "timely". Do you Owe the IRS?

If you Owe the IRS, not filing your return does not make the problem go away. Your employer has to report all income paid to you. Did you know? An eligible domestic corporation can avoid double taxation by electing to be treated as an S Corporation.
